The Creative Arts Team
A program of the City Univeristy of New York's Research Foundation
The Creative Arts Team Youth Theatre annual production choses each year to explore a different topic through a series of scene devised in an after school program from September to June. The scenes are created entirely by the young people involved. They can be brutally honest, surprising, funny or downright heartbreaking, but the courage they young people have to take on subject matter and talk candidly is an important step in their growth. The young people come from all over the city and from every life style as the program is free, thanks to generous donations and gifts.
